Spectraforms® allows you to write directly on a form using
a pen stylus for a Tablet PC or a tablet input device for a desktop
PC. How does this improve your productivity?
1. Save time by scanning complicated forms.
Scan in your existing forms to a bitmap file. Then create a a
Spectraforms® form from the image. You can then fill out the form using
the pen.
2. Use the pen-mode to add written comments and
annotations to an existing Spectraforms form, or simply fill out the any
form using the pen.
3. Use the highlighter mode to highlight portions of
a form.

Use Spectraforms Handwriting Recognition Mode on the
Tablet PC. Easily enter data on forms by writing on Spectraforms
writing pad. Text is recognized as you write and applied to the
form.

diagrams, mathematical formulas, or just add annotation. Pen
writing is viewable on Windows 2000 PCs and later.

Shown here is a scanned healthcare form with entries made using the pen
mode and highlighter mode. You can scan a form and save it as a
bitmap file. Then create a Spectraforms form that displays the
bitmap file. You can then write directly on the form in pen-mode
or highlighted mode using a Tablet PC, or tablet and stylus for a
desktop PC.
